Laure’s choice to embark on her journey as a psychotherapist later in life was heavily influenced by the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Witnessing the widespread struggles with mental health stemming from social isolation and other pandemic-related stressors, Laure found her purpose in studying marriage and family therapy. Her heart resonates deeply with working alongside children, and she discovered the transformative power of play and art therapies. She currently is pursuing certification as a play therapist. Additionally, Laure has remarkably served as a veteran in the US Air Force, a testament to her unwavering dedication to making a positive difference.
Laure’s therapeutic approach is a fusion of compassion, creativity, and wisdom. With a special focus on helping families and couples navigate challenges, she stands as a pillar of support during times of trauma and emotional pain. Many may not know that: Laure is an avid gardener. She loves dark chocolate. She has been bungee jumping, skydiving, glacier climbing, spelunking and rappelled through waterfalls.
