Mia descended from a lineage of strong, compassionate women dedicated to helping professions. She always felt a calling to care for and help others, and knew that she wanted to become a psychotherapist before she even knew what a therapist was. After losing multiple loved ones as a teenager, Mia’s personal emotional pain and grief inspired her to comfort and sit with others during their most challenging times. Mia practices in California, Nevada, and Massachusetts.
Mia brings her warmth, humor, and humility to the therapy room. She helps clients navigate the struggles of difficult life challenges, trauma, and grief. Clients like you feel comfortable, heard, and validated, knowing that together with Mia they will achieve their goals. Mia believes in a holistic and collaborative approach to mental health care and wellbeing. She recently moved to sunny California after living in the Northeast her entire life.
Many may not know that: Mia loves big dogs, especially Bernese Mountain Dogs. She has been skiing since she could walk. During high school, she even worked as a ski instructor.
