As a trauma survivor herself, Stephanie struggled to find a therapist who she felt truly could really help her overcome the aftermath of the traumatic event she experienced. She knew what it was like to really need someone who will listen without judgment and truly help her grow and heal on her own terms. Truly understanding the need for genuine support and guidance, Stephanie was determined to make sure others would have the tools needed to empower themselves through traumatic events or other challenges.
Stephanie has a natural ability to connect with people of all backgrounds and lived experiences. Clients like you share that they can tell her their deepest secrets and fears, and never feel judged. Stephanie has a way of empowering clients to accept themselves, and make positive changes in their personal lives. Stephanie enjoys working with young girls and women who have experienced trauma, including violence and sexual abuse. She is trained in trauma-informed therapies, including TF-CBT and Parts & Memory.
