Under the supervision of Sharon Arfa, LMFT

Adam Sieger, AMFT

Psychotherapist

Adam has always been drawn to what makes people unique, the passions, quirks, and lived experiences that shape how we each experience the world. He spent years in neurodiversity-affirming roles, from one-on-one behavioral support to guiding parents and classroom-based work. Adam has a passion for helping clients like you feel seen and heard in an inclusive space, especially if the outer world hasn’t always met us with the same level of empathy and understanding.

Adam is committed to creating a warm and validating place that promotes inner healing and wellbeing. He is trained in a number of evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, including PCIT, CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, ACT, EFT, and DBT. Whether supporting a child navigating social challenges, or an adult coming to therapy for the first time, Adam meets each person with deep respect, patience, and joy.

Many may not know that: Adam enjoys gaming and reading high fantasy. He studied abroad for over a year. He also was a certified lifeguard!
