Britania's passion for therapy began during her own experience as a teenager, when she met a therapist who sat with her, truly listened, and never minimized her emotions. That relationship showed her the power of healing and feeling seen. It inspired her to become the kind of therapist who offers compassion, safety, and hope to others. She believes every person deserves a space where they feel understood, accepted, and supported through life's challenges.
Britania has a natural way of helping others feel immediately at ease. Clients are often drawn to her calm, reassuring presence and share that they feel accepted and understood, no matter what they bring into session. She takes the time to understand not just what you're going through, but how you're experiencing it. Her goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be open, honest, and fully yourself.
Many may not know that: Britania loves spending time in the kitchen and enjoys trying a new recipe almost every week. She's an avid true crime podcast listener and is always looking for her next favorite series. Traveling is one of her favorite forms of self-care, and after visiting several countries, one of her most memorable adventures was exploring Japan.
