Jared has always been curious about what lies beneath the surface: how our relationships shape us, how past experiences find their way into the present, and how we make meaning of the things that happen in our lives. He is especially drawn to working with people navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, spirituality, and questions that don't always have simple answers. Jared believes our emotions have something important to tell us, and that understanding them can open the door to greater self-awareness and meaningful change.
Jared brings a thoughtful, grounded, and genuine presence to the therapy room. He wants you to feel comfortable being yourself, including the parts of your experience that may feel uncertain, complicated, or difficult to explain. Jared intentionally takes time to listen, understand, and explore what matters most to you, rather than immediately jumping to answers or solutions.
Jared works with adults and children, drawing primarily from relational and psychodynamic approaches while tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals.
Many may not know that: Jared loves anything that inspires a sense of wonder and magic, and he can easily get lost in myths and old tales. He's also a huge fan of film scores, with an uncanny ability to identify the movie, or at least the composer, just from the music. Outside the therapy room, fitness is one of his favorite ways to spend his time.
