Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
CA LMFT #45324
A seasoned psychotherapist with more than two decades of experience, Lindsay has been someone people naturally open up to. She has always been fascinated by how people think, feel, relate, and make sense of their experiences, and she loves the deeper conversations that allow us to really understand one another. That curiosity ultimately led her to become a therapist and has only grown throughout a career spanning community mental health, foster care, schools, inpatient and residential treatment, intensive outpatient programs, private practice, forensics, and clinical leadership. Through every adventure, Lindsay still loves sitting with clients as a therapist. She is honored to serve as a clinical supervisor and mentor licensed and associate therapists at Zeeva.
Lindsay believes therapy should give you the space to feel deeply heard while also helping you find something meaningful and useful to take from the work. Clients often describe feeling safe, connected, and at ease with her. Depending on what you need, Lindsay may help you look at something from a different perspective, explore an experience more deeply, or introduce practical tools that can help outside the therapy room. She brings the warmth of genuine human connection together with the clinical depth of decades of experience and evidence-based practices, including EMDR, CPT, DBT, CBT, and eating disorder treatment, including exposure therapy for ARFID.
Many may not know that: Lindsay grew up in a small mountain town of just 500 people, and the outdoors still feels like home. She loves hiking, camping, national parks, and mountain views, although she’ll never turn down a day at the beach. She’s also rediscovered her love of reading, belongs to two book clubs, and hopes to even write a book someday!
