Selah brings a calm, grounded presence to her work, creating a space where children, parents, and caregivers feel safe, respected, and truly seen. She has a special passion for supporting children facing behavioral challenges and works closely with families to strengthen skills, restore hope, and help relationships flourish. With patience, empathy, and genuine curiosity, Selah honors each person’s story, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you discover new ways of understanding yourself and your world. She believes in the resilience and strength we all carry within, even when life’s challenges have made it hard to see.
Selah’s professional experience includes years of providing behavioral support for children with autism, collaborating closely with families, and offering therapy to high-functioning adults with special needs in both individual and group settings. She adapts her approach to each client’s pace, needs, and style. Whether helping a child manage big emotions, guiding parents toward steadiness in challenging seasons, or supporting individuals in building self-compassion, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility, Selah’s warmth and care shine through in every session.
Many may not know that: Selah once sang in an R&B and soul a cappella group in college. She loves getting lost in psychological thrillers, and she plays Wordle and sudoku every day, always excited by the challenge of a good word or puzzle game.
