Sharon Arfa

, LMFT

Senior Therapist

Sharon has a wealth of experience working with clients from a multitude of backgrounds. However, she has found a passion for helping individuals and couples with relationship issues and life transitions. She is trained in EMDR and completing certification as a couple and sex therapist with AACAST.

Clients like you find Sharon to be empathetic, resourceful, and caring. As a Zeeva therapist, Sharon uses integrative and collaborative approaches to help you navigate difficult life circumstances and develop healthy relationships.

Many may not know that: Sharon is an artist at heart. A career assessment she took in high school suggested she pursue a career in the creative or performing arts. Sharon was a makeup artist at 18 years old, but couldn’t accept early morning jobs on movie sets because of her busy college schedule. Luckily, she sees effective therapy as integration of art and science.
