Shreena believes that the very first interaction a client has with Zeeva can change everything. As a client care coordinator, she understands that for many people, reaching out for help is already an act of courage, and that a calm, compassionate, and organized first point of contact can make all the difference in what comes next. Her goal is to make the process as seamless and worry-free as possible, serving as a steady guide while clients remain in the driver's seat of their own journey.
A background in Public Health opened Shreena's eyes to the stigmas and inequities that so many people unfortunately face when seeking mental health care, and that awareness fuels everything she does for our clients here at Zeeva. She is passionate about helping people understand that caring for mental health is just as vital as caring for the body. In her role, she excels at maintaining communication between support staff, therapists, clients, and external partners like insurance providers and psychiatrists. Shreena believes that connection and clarity are what keep care moving forward. Her colleagues would describe her as empathetic, adaptable, and naturally curious.
Many may not know that: Shreena is a henna artist who designs and applies her own creations for South Asian weddings, fundraisers, and family gatherings, a beautiful way she celebrates her culture and feeds her creativity. She is also a devoted traveler who has interned in Tanzania, studied abroad in Madrid, and is always ready for the next adventure. At home, she is the person her friends and family call for the best beach recommendations, and the first to say she has already seen whatever show you are about to recommend.
