Bryan’s path to becoming a therapist began with his own experience in therapy during a difficult chapter of his life. The impact of having someone sit with him, listen, and create space to explore things he may not have been ready to share anywhere else was life-changing. That experience shaped the kind of therapist he wanted to become: someone who gives others the time and space to open up at their own pace, be fully themselves, and explore who they are, who they want to be, and what matters most to them..
Bryan has a calming presence that naturally helps clients feel at ease. Clients often describe feeling soothed by the way he listens—with warmth, patience, and genuine care. He is intentional about making sure therapy never feels like something being done to you. Instead, he works alongside you, checking in about what feels helpful, what doesn’t, and whether a particular direction feels right before going there together. His approach is relational, person-centered, and collaborative, with a particular interest in identity, relationships, sexuality, ADHD, life transitions, and the everyday experiences that shape how we see ourselves and connect with other people.
Many may not know that: Bryan loves baking, especially during the colder months, and can happily disappear into a fantasy book or video game. He loves keeping up with music, movies, television, and whatever is happening in pop culture. He’s also a big fan of Nintendo, Pokémon, and Taylor Swift.
